A unique view of the Gare du Midi
Photographer Marie-Françoise Plissart brought an artistic touch to the Gare du Midi neighbourhood. Under the railway bridge, her monumental photographic works offer a unique view of Boulevard Lemonnier from the Tour du Midi and of the Esplanade de l'Europe on a market day, seen from the Grande Roue. This is a creative way to enhance this district, which has been heavily impacted by the construction of metro line 3.
