How is satisfaction measured?

The satisfaction barometer is carried out by an independent market research company (IPSOS) at the request of the Brussels-Capital Region. The last survey was conducted from 25 October 2022 to 20 January 2023 based on an online and a telephone questionnaire. A total of 15,434 people participated in the survey: 13,479 online and 1,955 by telephone.
